How to be happy?
These past few months I was experiencing anxiety and stress. I was about to give up. I was tired of everything. Tired of work, tired of understanding others, tired of problems, tired of begging for love and attention. I always sleep late at night. I cried silently. I don’t know what exactly I need but I felt empty and useless, definitely sad. Yet I chose to fight that feeling. I thought of the things that can help myself away from these. I just want to share some points how I gained again my happiness.
1. Self Love. I learned to love my self first before anybody. I believe that loving my self is one way to forget all the attention, love and care I need from anyone. Nobody can give these to me but my self.
2. Believe that Change is Constant. We cannot please everybody. The person who loves you today may love another. Don’t be jealous. Just think of the positive side why things, people, and feelings are changing. Just enjoy the moment while it still exists so that when they change or lose, you won’t regret.
3. Acceptance. Accept yourself. Accept who you are. What you have and who you are right now is the result of your determination and hardwork to achieve it. Be contented as well. Just work harder at the same time enjoy what you are doing. If you think the process to success and achieving your goals won’t make you happy, then pause for awhile. Life is not a race and success has its own time to sprout when you believe on it.
4. Avoid Toxic. Toxic people will give you more pressures in life. If possible avoid them. Be with people who make you happy and give you positive thoughts and vibes. Social media is one which gives toxic both in mind and body. You can read issues and problems in our society and with the people you know. It can give you insecurities and disappointments because of what you see and read. You can deactivate or unfollow the person who you believe won’t help you grow as a happy person. You
