Is prayer powerful?

Are you praying? Have you achieved what are you praying for? Have you experienced God never answered your prayer? Have you tried giving up what are you praying for?

I myself experienced it all. I grew up in a family where praying is part of our beliefs. At our young age, our immediate family instilled in our mind that whatever problems we have, whatever our heart desires, whatever worries we feel, just pray. God listens. God provides. God guides. God protects.

As I grow up, I appreciate how prayer works. God answered my prayers, not all, but He grants. But as I getting older, my prayer becomes bigger too. It comes the time when I thought God never listens. I was about to give up. I was tired praying with no result. But I realized God tested my faith. He grants my prayer indirectly. I realized that God unimmediately grants our prayers because He is planning a bigger result for us. He kept us from the result that is not good for us or can harm us. He knows what can make us happy. Then we just realize that our everyday prayer long time ago is what we are enjoying now. 

So never stop believing, never stop praying. God works. God listens. God protects. God knows. He knows what is better for us. Every pain, happiness awaits. Every failure, success awaits. Just be patient. Just believe. Just pray. Because God will do the rest!

How to be happy?

These past few months I was experiencing anxiety and stress. I was about to give up. I was tired of everything. Tired of work, tired of understanding others, tired of problems, tired of begging for love and attention. I always sleep late at night. I cried silently. I don’t know what exactly I need but I felt empty and useless, definitely sad. Yet I chose to fight that feeling. I thought of the things that can help myself away from these. I just want to share some points how I gained again my happiness. 1. Self Love. I learned to love my self first before anybody.
